Senior Shape Up

Vicki Luckman leads these weekly exercise classes. Registration for the 4-week July series is underway. Classes will be held via Zoom.

 

Mah Jongg

2-3 pm

Through simple, step-by-step instructions and enjoyable activities, you’ll comfortably learn the basics of Mah Jongg. Before the series begins, you will receive all handouts via email. Mah Jongg playing cards are not necessary but will make learning easier and can be purchased online from Yellow Mountain Imports. If you have a Mah Jongg set, that can be used instead of the cards. Registration for the three-part series is underway. Classes will be held via Zoom.

6-7 pm
