All videos will be posted at 10 am on the date of the program. Beginning June 1, some of our programs will require registration and will be held via Zoom or other similar platform. It’s the perfect combination of cardio, strength training, and stretching, set to fun music that will leave you sweating. A yoga mat is recommended. August registration is underway. ThursD.I.Y. – Stone Family Campfire Candle Holder
Paint smooth stones and add eyes to create an adorable family of rocks at a campfire. A hot glue gun is needed for this project. Participants will be contacted when supplies are ready for pickup. Registration is underway.
