TAX FORMS
Tax forms are located across from our Quiet Rooms. If we do not have one you are looking for, please ask at the Adult Reference Desk and we will be happy to print a copy for you, free of charge. Charges will apply when printing multiple copies of forms and Tax Instruction booklets.
The Library will not be offering any in-person services for tax assistance this year.
Patrons can apply for a virtual appointment with Fourleaf Federal Credit Union.
Not everyone will qualify for this virtual assistance. Please visit the site above to see if you do.
