Medicaid Enrollment Assistance (In Person)

The Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will have facilitated enrollers trained by the NY State Department of Health at our Library to assist the aged, blind, and disabled populations with enrollment. Sign up will be first-come, first-served and is free of charge. For more information, call the Nassau Suffolk Hospital Council at 631-435-3000.
Shots for Tots (In Person)
11 am-3:30 pm
The Suffolk County Department of Health Services will be here to offer FREE shots to children who do not have health insurance coverage only and are up to 18 years old. Children are seen on a first come, first served basis. You must bring your child’s immunizations record with you to receive any shots. Learn how to design and make your own personalized socks using our Makerspace Cricut machine. This class will cover choosing and cutting a design. Please come to the class with a design idea. Registration is underway.
Pre-requisite: Basic computer skills and a working email address.
